Flexible Returns & Refund Policy for Refurbished Laptops, Desktop, ipads, macbook, chrombooks (14-Day Use Guarantee)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished laptop purchase. To ensure you have the opportunity to evaluate your device, we offer a 14-Day Use Guarantee. You can use your refurbished laptop for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, subject to the following terms.
How It Works:
- 14-Day Use Period: Once you receive your refurbished laptop, you have 14 full days to use it and test its performance, features, and functionality.
- Return Conditions:
- The laptop must be in good working condition, with no signs of damage, misuse, or alterations.
- All original packaging, accessories (such as chargers, cables, manuals), and documentation must be returned with the laptop.
- The laptop should not show any physical damage or signs of misuse. If the laptop is returned in a condition requiring repairs or parts replacement, a partial refund may be issued, based on the extent of the damage.
- How to Initiate a Return & Refund:
- If you are not satisfied with your laptop after using it, simply log into your account on our website and navigate to your order history.
- You will find the option to initiate a return and refund for your refurbished laptop within 14 days of receiving it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must cover the return shipping fees.
Refund Process:
- Refund Amount: Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- A 3% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount to cover transaction and handling fees.
- If the laptop is returned with damage or excessive wear, a partial refund may be issued, based on the condition of the device.
- Refund Processing: After the returned laptop is inspected and deemed to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions:
- Customized or Altered Laptops: Refurbished laptops that have been customized or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
- Damaged or Misused Products:Â Laptops that show signs of excessive wear, physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, dents, water damage), or misuse will not be accepted for return under this policy.
- Software or Data Issues: We recommend that you back up your data before returning the laptop. We are not responsible for any lost data. Software or data-related issues are not covered by this return policy.
- Returned Items Not in Original Condition:Â If the laptop is returned without its original packaging, accessories, or shows significant damage, it may not be eligible for a full refund.
Warranty:
- All refurbished laptops come with a warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or issues caused by software or user-installed programs.
Important Notes:
- While we ensure the quality of our refurbished laptops, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches or scuffs. These imperfections are not grounds for return, as long as the laptop functions properly.
