1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:

We offer the following shipping options for customers in Malaysia:

• Same-Day Shipping (Kuala Lumpur):
  • Orders placed within Kuala Lumpur (KL) will be processed and shipped on the same day, provided the order is made before 2:00 PM.
  • Delivery will be completed within the same day, depending on the time the order is processed.
• West Malaysia (3-5 Business Days):
  • For areas within Peninsular Malaysia, including but not limited to Johor, Melaka, Penang, and others, our standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
  • Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse and shipped with reliable couriers.
• East Malaysia (5-7 Business Days):
  • For Sabah and Sarawak, please expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Our team will ensure timely dispatch to all East Malaysia locations.

2. Courier Partners:

We work with trusted local courier services to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. Our primary courier partners include:

• J&T Express: Reliable for both domestic and international deliveries with affordable rates and excellent tracking systems.
• Ninja Van: Known for fast delivery and tracking services, Ninja Van is one of our go-to partners for both Peninsular and East Malaysia deliveries.
• Pos Laju: Offering nationwide delivery services with options for standard and express services, Pos Laju is an established courier known for fast and secure delivery.
• Lalamove: Ideal for same-day and last-mile delivery, Lalamove helps us ensure timely and efficient deliveries, particularly within Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding areas.

3. Packaging:

We take care to ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Depending on the product type and size, we use the following packaging materials:

• Boxes: For fragile or larger items, we use high-quality cardboard boxes that provide optimal protection during shipping.
• Padded Envelopes & Poly Mailers: For smaller items like Chargers or accessories, we use padded envelopes and poly mailers to keep the shipping cost low while ensuring protection.
• Bubble Wrap: Fragile or breakable items are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
• Eco-Friendly Packaging: We also offer eco-friendly packaging options where possible, such as recyclable materials and biodegradable mailers, as part of our commitment to sustainability.

4. Shipping Costs:

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. We offer:

• Free Delivery for Orders Above RM699 within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia.
• Standard Shipping Rates apply for other locations in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to view accurate shipping fees based on your location and order size.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your preference). You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment via the respective courier’s website.

6. Returns & Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original condition.
